Nominations and Submissions are Now Open.
The Plutus Awards celebrate excellence in personal finance content. On April 21, 2025, the Awards season begins with nominations and submissions. The season will culminate with an Awards Ceremony in October. More details will be announced as the season progresses.
Thank you to the Plutus Awards Content Creator Panel, the members of which have been discussing this year’s Plutus Awards categories. Taking their suggestions into consideration, we have made several changes to the categories this year. This Plutus Awards season will include these categories:

Here is how the process works.
Content creators submit their content for consideration. Content that may be considered in the Plutus Awards should fall under written, audio, or video content, with the subject pertaining to personal finance or topics that are closely related. Content creators and the general reading or listening public may also nominate content or a content creator whose work they appreciate for consideration within any of the above categories.
Anyone may also submit financial products and services for consideration in the Enterprise categories.
These nominations and submissions are open until June 30. After this date, content creators may vote for their favorites, and all votes will count for People’s Choice. In September, the Plutus Awards Content Creator Panel will begin rating and ranking submissions using criteria defined in the rubric. The Finalists will be announced in September and the Winners will be announced at the Plutus Awards ceremony in October.
Winners will receive their prize packages at the Awards ceremony or by mail.
Sponsor the Plutus Awards
There are a few limited opportunities to sponsor the Plutus Awards this year. We are offering partnerships for several of the Plutus Awards categories.
By sponsoring a Plutus Awards category, you will receive top billing and mentions (with a link where possible) every time that category is mentioned. Your sponsorship will be noted on our websites, submission forms, and even on the trophy the Winner receives. You will be mentioned in our social media, in graphics, videos, and the Plutus Newsletter.
The revenue from the sponsorship supports the value of the winner’s prize and is also partially a tax-deductible contribution to the Plutus Foundation. The sponsorships also support the Plutus Awards staff and operations.
