The Financial Resilience for Mental Wellness initiative by the California Suicide Prevention Network (CALISPN) addresses the link between financial instability and mental health struggles. This program will provide financial literacy education, mentorship, and workshops for veterans, at-risk individuals, and low-income families, helping them manage financial stress, plan for stability, and build long-term economic resilience.
About Katisha Jallow
Katisha Jallow is a mental health advocate, retired U.S. Army veteran, and founder of the California Suicide Prevention Network (CALISPN), providing mental wellness education and culturally relevant support across California for underserved communities, veterans, youth, and marginalized groups. She has developed a county-by-county directory of mental health advocates and professionals.
