Katisha Jallow is a passionate mental health advocate, retired U.S. Army Veteran, and the visionary founder of the California Suicide Prevention Network (CALISPN). With 23 years of military service and a deep personal understanding of the challenges faced by underserved communities, veterans, and youth, Katisha established CALISPN to provide accessible mental wellness education and culturally relevant support programs across the counties of California.
Under her leadership, CALISPN focuses on reducing stigma, increasing awareness, and implementing tech-forward mental health solutions—especially for K-12 students and marginalized groups. Katisha's work is in healing, resilience, and the transformative power of education and community. She has developed a directory of mental health advocates and professionals across each county of California.
Katisha continues to use her voice and platform to uplift others, personally and professionally, and create long-term impact.
