Regina Moore

Regina Moore, PharmD, is a financial-literacy champion and healthcare advocate known for her roles as co-founder of Women’s Personal Finance and creator of The Frugal Pharmacist. Following her career in pharmacy, Regina’s journey to financial independence—heightened by her son’s neuroblastoma diagnosis—spurred a broader focus on compassionate healthcare and financial stability. In 2021, she reached her baseline financial-independence number, retired, and committed fully to community building and advocacy. In 2020, she co-founded the Psychedelic Pharmacists Association to promote safe access to psychedelics.

Regina lives on a hobby farm on the Oregon Coast with her family. She is also an artist, writer, and mycology enthusiast. As an advocate for financial literacy and community resilience, she emphasizes the role community plays in addressing healthcare and personal-finance challenges.
