Plutus Awards Weekly Showcase: May 1, 2020

The Plutus Awards team highlights the best in financial media every week in the Plutus Awards Showcase. To submit an item you’ve written, created, or found for next week’s feature, follow us on Twitter.

It’s officially May and summer will be here in just a few weeks and before we know it maybe FinCon (hopefully the pandemic is over but we’ll see). Either way we’ll be here continuing to raise up members of our financial community and the projects and individuals we’re sponsoring.

Episode five of the Plutus Awards Podcast is up. This week we’re spreading all the news about what you should be doing with your student loans during the coronavirus. On our recent webinar, Harlan Landes asks Jay Fleischman, lawyer, some of the pressing questions about student loans during these times. Jay brings his 25 years of experience in helping people deal with student loans and debt, as well as his understanding of the recent CARES Act that passed, to educate us on what this means for student loan borrowers.

We also have episode five of Plutus Picks up and ready for your viewing pleasure. In addition to all of this we want to remind you of our weekly Instagram Takeovers and Wednesday Webinars. Head to our profiles on Instagram and Facebook to subscribe and follow. This week we spoke to Bethany McCamish on how to pivot yourself during these challenging times and keep your head above water!
