Florida, Colorado, and Virginia are ranked the top 3 due to factors like warm weather, good healthcare, and low taxes (among a total of 46 factors, including cost of living, healthcare access, and activities.)

Kentucky, New Jersey, and Mississippi are ranked the worst due to factors like high taxes, crime rates, and limited healthcare.
